Dr. Nathan Cafferky (“Company”) has adopted the following policies. Please note that “Users” refers universally to anyone who may utilize any of Company’s online programs, resources, services, or media outlets (collectively, “Platforms”), including website/social media visitors and program applicants and registrants.
Educational Intent and Indemnification Policy
Although Platform content is based on the expert opinions of Dr. Cafferky and his team, such information does not represent recommendations, advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, or anything that can be interpreted as creating a provider-patient relationship. Platform content is not meant to be a substitute for instruction provided by a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional. Intellectual Property Policy
All content presented by Company on its Platforms is the sole property of Company and offered for personal educational use only. Any dissemination or repurposing of content requires the express consent of Company.

Privacy Policy
Collection of Personal and Demographic Information
When registering for a program or scheduling an appointment, Company collects certain Personal Informational (e.g., electronic addresses, telephone numbers) and Demographic Information (e.g., date of birth, date of injury, type of injury), which is stored in the Company database and used for future communications and to help Company analyze Platform uses and audiences.
Personal Information is not used for commercial purposes and Company does not share any email addresses or phone numbers with any third-parties.
Demographic Information is collected in order for Company to better understand its patient community and promote programs/resources that best meets the needs of Users.
Collection or Use of Information
Company and its third-party service providers may use technologies that collect certain usage information when you visit or interact with online Platforms, including the Company website and social media outlets (“Use Information”). Company may collect Use Information, such as anonymous usage statistics, by using cookies, server logs, and other similar technology. To help evaluate usage of Platforms and effectiveness of marketing, the server places a "cookie" - a small text file with an identification number - on your machine or Device. Disabling or refusing cookies may impact Platform functionality. Users grant Company a world-wide, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works of, and otherwise use, modify, and exploit user content for any purpose.
Users may link to any Platform, provided the link does not suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement by Company or its affiliates.
Company reserves the right to remove any comments that, in its opinion, does not represent the mission, values, policies, or best interests of Company.
